Having two teenagers in the house it is inevitable that computer problems occur from time to time and once again I spent several hours with Colin on the phone last week to restore my computer to full working order. In the past my computer spent more time in the repair shop than at home and I honestly do not know what I would do without the service he provides. This is my second year as a member of his support club and I would highly recommend his services to everyone (especially those with teenagers in the house).

Like a lot of ex-pats who wish to retire to their own place in the sun you find that not only do you leave behind your friends and family but equally importantly your contacts. One thing that is always difficult to find even in the UK is a reliable, competant and helpful computer technician. Computer Colin has proven himself to me on numerous occassions that whatever the problems I'm having, he is always there with the fix no matter the time of day, evening or indeed weekend. (however he's not to be disturbed before 9am as he can be a bit grumpy first thing).
Colin is a credit to his profession in a country that doesn't understand guarantees or after sales service and he will always have my recommondation.

I am a professional translator with a fast, online service. My customers are all in Germany and they are used to my delivery on time, every time. Recently my system came under virus attack while I was translating a big file. The system slowed down continuously until it finally crashed. As I needed to deliver in a few days time I became very worried. Then I remembered a flyer I recently received from Colin Sewell and telephoned him.
Colin arrived next morning as agreed exactly on time. He quickly identified the Problem, but could not fix it on the spot as the operating system was partially destroyed. As he knew I had to deliver my work on time, Colin worked on the computer at the weekend and replaced hardware components. He returned the computer on the Sunday and it worked perfectly. He also explained in simple language about the various types of virus and how to protect a system using freeware.
I find Colin to be a man of great skills and knowledge, his grasp of my problems was immediate, his approach in solving them was confidant and his reliability was 100%.
After trying several so-called computer experts, Colin is to me the only one who deserves the name.

We saw one of your original ads and you came as promised.
